§ 113.03 DEFINITION.
   INDECENT EXHIBITION is the commercial display of the unclothed sexual organs, including the breasts of a female, of a living human body, whether recorded on film or unrecorded, as part of a performance done for commercial gain or monetary consideration and whether for recording on film or for unrecorded viewing, when the principal purpose of such performance is this display of unclothed sexual organs.
