It shall be unlawful for a transient merchant, itinerant merchant, itinerant vendor, solicitor or mobile food vendor to engage in such business within the village without first registering with the Village Clerk. Provided, however, this chapter shall not be construed as applying to any person(s) who holds a garage sale as defined in this chapter or any person(s) selling or attempting to sell at wholesale garden or agricultural produce grown by such person(s).
