§ 110.070 OTHER NUISANCES.
   Any conduct or activity occurring on the licensed premises which constitutes a nuisance as defined by:
   (A)   720 ILCS 5/47-5 as from time to time amended, adopted herein by reference; and
   (B)   Village ordinances relating to nuisances.
