§ 94.53 APPLICATION.
   (A)   This subchapter shall be in addition to any other regulations or ordinances provided for by the village.
   (B)   To the extent that any portion of this subchapter is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect to the extend allowed by law.
