(A) It shall be permitted for the organizers of the Fun Day Committee to organize a public celebration through a fireworks show to be situated within the village’s boundaries.
(B) As a condition for such fireworks show, said organizers must arrange for the purchase and setting off of fireworks through a licensed professional fireworks organization and must secure the appropriate license from the Fire District and any applicable state license.
