(A) The Board President is authorized to issue an order declaring that no parking shall be permitted between 7:00 a.m. continuing through midnight on days each year designated as Fun Days on the following streets:
(1) The house side of the park streets;
(2) The east side of Whitehead Street between Holden Street and Walnut Street;
(3) The south side of Holden Street between Whitehead Street and Condit Street; and
(4) The west side of Condit Street between Holden Street and Sharon Street.
(B) The Board President may modify such order to alter the times and locations of such parking restrictions and have “no parking” signs erected restricting parking subject to such order.
