§ 94.22 AMENDMENT AND PARLIAMENTARY PROCEDURE.
   (A)   Amendment. Amendment of these bylaws requires approval of the Board of Trustees.
   (B)   Parliamentary procedure. The latest edition of Robert’s Rules of Order, Revised shall govern the Council unless otherwise stated in these bylaws.
