§ 94.20 EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.
   (A)   There shall be an executive committee consisting of the four officers, the Chair of each standing committee, and any additional members as the Chair considers necessary.
   (B)   It shall have authority to act for and in the name of the Committee and shall report all such actions to the next meeting of the Committee.
   (C)   Action by the Executive Committee shall require approval by a majority of the entire Committee.
