§ 94.18 ELECTION OF OFFICERS AND TERMS OF OFFICE.

(A) Officers shall be elected at the November meeting each year. They shall take office December 1 and shall serve until their successors are elected and take office.

(B) Members shall serve until they resign or are removed by affirmative vote of the Board of Trustees of the village.
