The Fun Day Committee exists to enhance the quality of life in the village through the following activities:
(A) Sponsoring an annual event to be called Tolono Fun Day in the village each summer;
(B) Assembling a budget and expending funds pursuant to that budget to implement and advocate the Fun Days under the oversight of the Board of Trustees; and
(C) Coordinating volunteer efforts necessary to lead up to, carry out, and follow-up the events comprising Fun Days.
