The Fun Day Committee shall be comprised of five members all of whom shall reside in the village and who shall be appointed by the Board President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. Individuals who do not reside in the village may be appointed as non-voting members who cannot hold office and who cannot be members of any executive committee. There shall be no limit of the numbers of such non-voting members. All members shall continue to serve on the Committee until their resignation or upon removal by the Board of Trustees and the President.
