(A) No person shall drive any motor vehicle on Woodworth Drive as it extends from U.S. Route 45 to the village limits at a rate of speed in excess of 20 mph.

(B) No person shall drive any vehicle regulated by § 70.02(A) on any public highway within the village through any suburban district in the village or upon U.S. Route 45 within the village at a rate of speed in excess of 35 mph.
