§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person found guilty of violating § 70.01 shall, upon conviction, be fined the sum of $1 and costs of suit, upon the second conviction for this offense, shall be fined the sum of $2 and costs of suit, and for each succeeding offense shall be fined not less than $5 and costs of suit.

   (B)   Whoever violates the provisions of § 70.02 is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine, for the first conviction, of not less than $1 nor more than $100, for a second such conviction within one year thereafter, a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $200; and, upon a third or subsequent conviction within one year after the first such conviction, a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $300.

   (C)   The driver or operator of any motor vehicle who fails to come to a full stop at an intersection regulated by § 70.03 or who fails to slow the speed of his or her automobile to a speed reasonable for existing conditions and yield the right-of-way to any vehicle in the intersection, or approaching so closely so as to constitute an immediate hazard as set forth in § 70.03, is guilty of a misdemeanor and may be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100.

   (D)   Any operator of a motor vehicle, motorbike, or wagon who fails to yield the right-of-way to a child crossing at an intersection regulated by § 70.04(A), or who fails to stop at said intersection as indicated by the crossing light, is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in an amount not more than $20 nor less than $5 for the first violation of § 70.04(A) and not less than $20 nor more than $100 for any subsequent violation of § 70.04(A).

   (E)   Any person or railroad corporation violating § 70.05 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense.
