(A) Before commencement of construction of a private sewage disposal system, the owner shall first obtain a written permit signed by the Superintendent. The application for such permit shall be made on a form furnished by the village which the applicant shall supplement by any plans, specifications and other information as are deemed necessary by the Superintendent.
(B) The permit and inspection fee for sewage disposal systems consisting of septic tank and underdrains shall be $10. The permit and inspection fee for a type of sewage disposal other than septic tank and underdrains shall be $150. The permit and inspection fee shall be paid to the village at the time application is filed.
