§ 52.010 CONNECTION FROM BUILDING SEWER TO SANITARY SEWER; LICENSE AND BOND REQUIRED.

Any person making an authorized connection from a building sewer to the sanitary sewer line shall be licensed by the village to engage in such work and shall be required to deposit with the Clerk a surety bond in the amount of $5,000 to indemnify the village against any loss or damage resulting from the work of the licensed holder.
