(A) If a request cannot be filled within seven business days of the receipt of the request by the village, The village must then notify the requesting party that an additional seven business days is required to comply with the request. This notification to the requesting party must be done within the original seven business day period.
(B) The Clerk shall give the reason for the extension. If a request is not complied with at the end of either seven business day periods, it shall be considered a denial of the request.
