§ 50.38 DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.

(A) The Treasurer shall receive all revenue from the combined waterworks and sewage system and all other funds and moneys incident to the operation of the system as the same may be delivered to her or him and deposit the same in a separate fund designated as the Waterworks and Sewage Fund.

(B) The Treasurer shall administer the fund in every respect in the manner provided by the State Municipal Code, being 65 ILCS 5/1-1-1 et seq.
