§ 50.37 SEGREGATION AND DELIVERY OF FUNDS.

All revenues and moneys derived from the operation of the combined waterworks and sewage system shall be held by the Village Clerk separate and apart from his or her private funds and separate and apart from all other funds of the village, and all of said funds, without any deduction whatsoever, shall be delivered to the Village Treasurer from time to time be directed by the Board of Trustees.
