§ 50.36 LATE PAYMENT.
   (A)   If all charges and penalties for water and sewage service are not paid within seven days after the mailing of the penalty notice for such service, 23 days after the date of the mailing of the original bill for water or sewerage service, such service shall be discontinued without further notice and shall not be reinstated until all past due bills and penalties due thereon are paid in full, together with payment of $25 for reinstating such service during business hours and $100 for reinstating such service after business hours.
   (B)   (1)   In the event that there has been late payment subjecting the particular property to termination of service, the Board President and/or her or his designee may extend at her and his election the shut off date by a period of up to 30 days so long as the account owner can establish a hardship beyond her or his control which reasonably prohibits her or his ability to bring such account current and can provide reasonable assurance that such account will be brought current by the end of such extension period.
      (2)   There shall be limited of one such extension per one year period for each such account.
