(A) Installing and maintaining service line. The user shall be responsible for installing and maintaining the user’s own water and sewer line and shall be responsible for damage to the village property, as set forth in Chapters 51 and 52, as either reference as if more fully set forth in this section.
(B) Location of meter. The user shall permit the water meter to be located upon his or her property.
(C) Easements. The user shall give such easements and rights-of-way as necessary to the village and shall allow access for the purposes of construction, repair, maintenance, meter reading, relocation, or expansion of the water system. The necessity shall be determined by the Board of Trustees.
