(A)   Vacation shall now be accrued monthly rather than a lump sum on the employee’s anniversary. For example: if an employee earns 40 hours of vacation a year, 3.33 hours will be earned per month.
   (B)   Maximum accrual of vacation shall not exceed two times the employee’s annual accrual. No additional pay will be granted for vacation earned beyond the maximum accrual.
