927.08. Cost of building sewer.

The City shall not be responsible for any costs incidental to the installation and connection of a building sewer. The applicant shall indemnify the City and hold the City harmless from any and all loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by or result from the installation and connection of a building sewer.
