797.05. Provision in labor contracts mandatory; remedy.
   Any contract of employment, written or oral, express or implied, between any employer subject to this chapter and any employee labor organization shall contain a provision from and after the effective date of this chapter prohibiting and forbidding the commission of any unfair practice as defined in this chapter. Suits for any breach of such terms and conditions of any contract of employment, written or oral, express or implied, may be brought in an appropriate court having jurisdiction for an injunction or damages, or both, within the limits of the statutory jurisdiction of the court.
