793.99. Penalty.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor for each and every offense. Each individual sale, offer for sale, delivery or advertisement shall constitute a separate offense, and shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined as herein provided.
