Every advertisement or offer to sell solid fuel, or any combination or mixture of any thereof, within the City of Toledo shall contain the true, full and complete name and address of the advertiser, a true statement of the name, origin, grade, quality, characteristics, kind and size of the fuel, and if a combination or mixture, a like true statement as to each constituent part thereof, together with a statement of the amount or percentage of each constituent part of such combination or mixture in relation to the total amount thereof, and shall specify the mining district and the state in which the same was mined or manufactured.
