Tare weight shall be ascertained by the weigh-master immediately prior to the loading of solid fuel on the vehicle in which it is to be transported to the customer, and where the tare weight of such vehicle has not been ascertained by such weigh-master immediately prior to the loading of such solid fuel thereon, such weigh-master before signing and sealing the delivery ticket shall require the unloading of such vehicle so that the correct tare weight of such vehicle can be ascertained.
