793.18. Seals to be furnished.

The Chief Inspector of Weights and Measures shall procure a sufficient supply of seals bearing the wording "Weighed by a Certified Weigh-Master," which seal shall remain the property of the City. Such seal shall be furnished to registered dealers upon the appointment of weigh-masters as herein provided.
