793.14. Certificate to be available for inspection.

Each certificate issued under the provisions of this chapter shall at all times be available for inspection by the officials of the City, or to the public in the office or yard of the person registered and duplicates of the certificate under the same name and style and number shall be issued and so displayed in separate sales offices and yards.
