Each vehicle used for the delivery of solid fuel shall display on both sides of the body of such vehicle the name of the person or firm registered, which shall be printed in plain letters and figures not less than six inches high, and shall be kept in such condition as to be easily distinguishable and readable at a distance of not less than sixty feet at all times.
