793.12. Vehicles to be marked with emblems.

Such person or firm registered shall place or cause to be placed such emblem plainly exposed to public view on each vehicle, if a motor vehicle, or upon the right fore panel if a horse-drawn vehicle or a push or hand cart, and such emblem shall remain during the registration period for which issued unless sooner annulled or voided.
