The Commissioner of Taxation and Treasury, at the time of the issuance of certificate hereunder, shall issue to the person registered as many serially numbered certificate emblems required, allotting one such emblem to each vehicle used by such person registered in connection with the conduct of his business as a solid fuel dealer. Such emblems shall have plainly imprinted or stamped thereon the year in which issued and the words "Certified Solid Fuel Dealer's Vehicle" or "Certified Coal Peddler's Vehicle," as the case may be.
