(a) "Person" as used herein means any person, firm, corporation or organization of any kind or nature.
(b) "Solid fuel" means coal, coke, briquettes or any other mined, manufactured, processed or patented fuel not sold by liquid or metered measure.
(c) "Vehicle" means any wagon, cart, truck, machine, tractor, trailer, semi-trailer or automobile used in the hauling, transporting or delivering of solid fuel on the streets of Toledo.
(d) "Solid fuel business" means the handling, importing, storing, selling or offering for sale, transporting, hauling, advertising for sale, distributing or delivering, or offering to deliver solid fuel within the limits of the City.
(e) "Dealer" means any person engaged in the solid fuel business.
(f) "Advertisement" includes statements of any sort made in a newspaper or other publication, or in the form of a book, notice, handbill, poster, bill, circular, pamphlet, letter, radio broadcast or in any other way.
