(a) For the purpose of this chapter, the regulations herein apply to the following sexually-oriented businesses or uses as defined in Section 767.01:
(1) Adult media store;
(2) Bathhouse;
(3) Lingerie modeling or photograph studio;
(4) Motion picture arcade booth;
(5) Sex shop;
(6) Sexual encounter center;
(7) Sexually-oriented cabaret or sex-oriented cabaret;
(8) Sexually-oriented cinema, sexually-oriented motion picture theater, or sex-oriented cinema.
(b) A massage parlor, as defined in Section 767.01(r) is not permitted in the City of Toledo.
