(a) No person may perform in a public place without having obtained a permit issued under Section 757.16.
(b) No person may perform in a public building in the City.
(c) No person may perform in a residential area on public property, streets or sidewalks except as provided in Section 757.18(a)(4).
(d) No person may perform in a street unless such street has been closed to vehicular traffic.
