The Director of Public Safety and/or Chief of Police shall exercise supervision over persons, firms and corporations doing business as professional bondsmen and shall be authorized at any time to direct the Director of Finance to revoke the license of any person, firm or corporation found by the Director of Public Safety and/or the Chief of Police to be conducting such business in a manner which violates any provision of this chapter or any rules and/or regulations which the Director of Public Safety and/or Chief of Police may adopt or promulgate for the efficient execution of the provisions of this chapter.
