751.07. Receipt to be furnished.

Every person, firm or corporation licensed under the provisions of this chapter, when accepting compensation for becoming surety or providing surety on a bail bond or other court bond of any kind, shall furnish the person paying such compensation a receipt showing the amount of the bond and the amount of compensation charged.
