No person, firm or corporation shall engage in the business of a professional bondsman without first having procured a license therefor from the Director of Finance. Application for such license shall be made to the Director of Finance upon such form as may be prescribed therefor by him and shall contain the name of the person, firm or corporation applying for such license, the address at which such business will be conducted and such other and further information as may be required by the Director.
