(a) No one above the fishing license age shall fish in or operate boats or anything else that would create a nuisance or disturbance or in any way interfere with the fishing of an individual on Walden Pond.
(b) It is not intended by this section to prevent adults from practicing bait casting, plug casting or the like in Walden Pond. The Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry is authorized to make reasonable regulations to carry out the intent of this section.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
