525.17. Fire lines, passing within.

(a) When, in case of fire, the Division of Fire has established fire lines, no person, except a member of the Police or Fire Division, shall pass within the fire lines unless authorized to do so by a police officer or the Director of Public Safety.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
