507.22. Appeals.
   Any person who is the subject of a final order by the Director of the Pollution Control Agency and who has not been criminally charged under the provisions of this chapter shall have the right to a review of such order by the Pollution Control Appeals Board, provided that the jurisdictional requirements have been satisfied.

507.23. Loud sound amplification systems prohibited; seizure.

507.99. Penalty.
   (EDITOR'S NOTE: See Section 501.99 for penalties applicable to any misdemeanor classification.)
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder. Citations shall be issued to a person, firm or corporation and/or an individual present at the time of the alleged offense.
