505.13. Interfering with police horses.
   (a)   No person shall willfully or maliciously torture, torment, beat, kick, strike, mutilate, injure, disable or kill any horse or attempt to willfully or maliciously torture, torment, beat, kick, strike, mutilate, injure, disable or kill any horse owned or used by the Division of Police of the City in the performance of the functions or duties of such Division, or shall interfere with or harass any such horse while being used by such Division or any member thereof in the performance of any of the functions or duties of such Division or such officer or member.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
