373.15. Rules.

The Director of Police Operations, with the approval of the Mayor, is hereby empowered to promulgate such rules as shall be necessary to fully execute the provisions of this chapter. The violation of any rule which shall have been promulgated hereunder shall be deemed a violation of this chapter.
