373.09. Parking of bicycle.

(a) No person shall park a bicycle upon any street or highway except as lawfully permitted in Chapter 351 of this Traffic Code.

(b) No person shall park a bicycle upon any sidewalk or in other places used by pedestrians except in such a manner as to afford the least obstruction to pedestrian traffic.
