193.01. Method of payment regulated.
   The Central Depository designated pursuant to Section 192.17 shall pay out money deposited to the credit of the City only on the checks of the Commissioner of Taxation and Treasury or by electronic means, including but not limited to wire transfers and Automated Clearing House transfers. Any such check shall be valid and payable only if it bears either the original or mechanically reproduced facsimile signatures of both the Director of Finance and the Commissioner of Taxation and Treasury. Any electronic payment shall be made only upon proper authorization to the Depository as designated by the Director of Finance or the Commissioner of Taxation and Treasury.
