The Rev. H. V. Savage Park Advisory Board is hereby authorized to accept donations and gifts for the express purpose of defraying the costs incurred in its operations and duties. Any donations and gifts so received are to be deposited with the Commissioner of Taxation and Treasury in the Rev. H. V. Savage Park Trust Fund 906050- 5693-T71506. Disbursement shall be made from such Trust Fund by the Director of Finance upon presentation of proper vouchers from the Rev. H. V. Savage Park Advisory Board and approved by the Department of Parks, Recreation and Forestry.
