The Toledo Parks and Recreation Advisory Board is authorized to solicit and accept funds for the purpose of supporting nonprofit activities having to do with parks, recreation programs and recreation facilities within the City. Any funds so received are to be deposited with the Commissioner of Taxation and Treasury in a Toledo Parks and Recreation Trust Fund. Disbursements shall be made from such Fund by the Finance Director upon presentation of the proper voucher or vouchers approved by the Commissioner of Parks, Recreation and Forestry.
