147.03. Contracts for deposit.

All deposits made by the commissioners of the Sinking Fund shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Depository Act of the Ohio Revised Code and such deposits shall be made by the secretary of such Commission and all contracts for active and inactive deposits shall be executed in behalf of the commissioners of the Sinking Fund by the secretary thereof.
