146.08 Authority to disburse funds.

The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw his warrant or warrants against the Winterfeld Park Trust Fund upon presentation of the proper voucher or vouchers therefor signed by the chairperson of the Winterfeld Park Advisory Board and the Director of the Department of Parks, Recreation & Forestry.
