The Winterfeld Park Trust Fund is hereby authorized to accept donations, gifts, membership fees, and other funds for the express purpose of supporting non-profit activities regarding development, operation, renovation and preservation of the park or as determined by City Council. Any funds so received are to be deposited with the City of Toledo Commissioner of Taxation and Treasury in a Winterfeld Park Trust Fund, Account Code 90-6010-5670-T71519.
