(a) The Commission shall elect a Chairperson and other such officers as may be provided by the Commission's by-laws annually.
(b) The Chairperson shall be responsible for calling all meetings of the membership.
(c) The Chairperson shall appoint members to serve on Standing, Special, and/or Ad Hoc Committees.
(d) The Chairperson shall appoint, as necessary, individuals from the community, which may include former Commission members, to serve in advisory capacity to the Commission and its committees.
